Lodi Rotary Interact Club is partnering with Michelin Star Chef Grayson Altenberg for our first-ever Grateful Gourmet 5-course meal, to go, to benefit Reach Out Lodi.
In this historic time that has dramatically changed the way we live, how about treating yourself to a delicious gourmet meal, while having some fun. Pick up a special gourmet dinner to share with those in your home or deliver as a gift to your loved ones.
Each order consists of a 5-course dinner for two. Dinners are precooked and include warming and serving instructions.
Week 1 (Nov. 6th, 7th, 8th): Ribollita soup (cabbage, onion, bean, tomato), Focaccia bread (olive oil, salt, pepper), opulent Broccoli (garlic, lemon, pepper vinaigrette), Lasagna (ragu, ricotta, mozzarella, handmade noodles), decadent Chocolate Cheese Cake.
Week 2 (Nov. 13th, 14th, 15th): Tuscano soup (Italian sausage, kale, potato, chicken broth), Baguette, savory Roasted Squash (butter, molasses, fall spices), Chicken Cannelloni (mozzarella, spinach, ricotta, marinara), sumptuous Brownies.
Week 3 (Nov. 20th, 21st, 22nd): Mushroom soup, Polenta with provolone, exquisite Carrots (thyme, lemon, garlic, spices), Porchetta (roasted pork, garlic, rosemary) heavenly Chocolate Chip Cookies.
